Participants will learn how to implement their cultural competence plan from part one, Developing a Cultural Competence Plan. They will also learn how to recognize the cultural needs of their families and children, and explore how to integrate policies, procedures and practices that reflect and respect the value of families’ cultures.

Childcare providers can register at miregistry, a statewide data system for professionals, trainers, and organizations to verify and track employment, training, and educational accomplishments.
