Don’t miss the chance to hear success stories from our clients during the annual Building a Brighter Future Breakfast 8-9 a.m. Tuesday, May 1 at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. This year’s theme is “Building Resilience.”

The free event will highlight how Oakland Family Services has changed the lives of those in the community through its prevention, education, and treatment programs.

“The Building a Brighter Future Breakfast gives community members the opportunity to come together to learn about the mission and impact of Oakland Family Services' programs through the lives of those we serve,” said Kristin Benton, director of development at Oakland Family Services.

“In one hour, guests will hear about how our programs help those that come to us to Build Resilience and a brighter future as well as the vision for the future of Oakland Family Services’ programs. They also will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with like-minded volunteers and supporters from all over our community.”

To RSVP, please call Kathleen Mallett at (248) 858-7766 ext. 1258 or email kmallett@ofsfamily.org.

On the morning of the event, you may want to leave yourself a little extra time to get to the Townsend Hotel, since reconstruction of Old Woodward will be underway. Complimentary valet parking will be available for guests.
