Donors enjoy a night at the museum
Oakland Family Services celebrated its donors on Oct. 18 with a special event held at Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills.
Donors were invited to bring their children and grandchildren for a family-friendly evening that included dinner, access to the museum, planetarium shows, a fossil dig and more. A Fancy Flash Photo Booth gave guests a fun souvenir, and a few lucky raffle winners also took home gift baskets.
“In the past year, your support has had significant impact on our community,” agency President and CEO Jaimie Clayton told donors. “… Without your support, Oakland Family Services could not provide the services to help those who need it most.”
Attendees also had the opportunity to see the premiere of Oakland Family Services’ new agency video.
The Donor Appreciation Event was coordinated by Alyssa Moten, Katie Prior, Dawn Stevens and Joanne Ulnick. Event sponsors included Molly and Mike Beauregard, Kolene Corporation, JoAnn and Tom Maentz, Katie and Tom Prior, Chris and Wally Schwartz, Dawn and Jim Stevens, and Joanne and Scott Ulnick.
