Strengthening tiny hands: Fine motor activities for toddlers and preschoolers

Strengthening tiny hand.png

Many of your child’s daily activities — like getting dressed, eating, and writing — involve using small muscles in the hands. We call these skills fine motor skills. Practicing these skills at home will help your child become more independent. Have your child try some of these activities to help increase muscle strength and coordination.
