Whether your preschooler will be leaving home to go to school or learning online, it's time to start thinking about a back-to-school sleep routine. Here are 5 tips to help your little one transition into the new school year:

1. Have your child go to bed a little earlier and wake up a little earlier for 10 days (or until the desired time) before the first day of school.
2. Avoid screen time and other electronics an hour before bedtime.
3. Establish a relaxing bedtime routine.
4. Avoid big meals before bedtime.
5. Stick to the schedule!
