Michigan’s Most Valuable Professionals: Jaimie Clayton named 2024 MVP by Corp! Magazine

We are thrilled to announce that Jaimie Clayton, President and CEO of Oakland Family Services, has been recognized as one of Corp! Magazine’s Most Valuable Professionals for 2024.

This award honors business leaders who have made Michigan a better place to live and work through their careers, community involvement, and dedication.

Corp! Magazine stated that this year’s winners are a testament to the strength and resilience of Michigan’s business community. They have faced unprecedented challenges in recent years, but they have emerged stronger than ever.

This rings true for Jaimie. During her tenure as CEO, she has navigated a pandemic, economic hardships, and a workforce deficit. Many nonprofits have been hit hard. However, under Jaimie’s leadership, Oakland Family Services continues providing critical programs that build brighter futures in our community.

"I am humbled by this recognition and truly believe that I am only as good as the team I lead. With that said, I am incredibly fortunate to work with the best around," Jaimie shared.

Jaimie has been with Oakland Family Services since 2001 and began her role as President and CEO in 2014.

In addition, Jaimie was named one of Crain’s Notable Women in Nonprofits in 2018, was appointed to the Oakland County Executive’s transition team in 2019, and joined the Oakland County COVID-19 Economic Recovery Task Force in 2021.
