Programs and Services

Mental Health Treatment: Intake assessment and treatment (individual and group therapy, psychiatric services, as appropriate). 

Substance Use/Co-Occurring Treatment**: Intake assessment and program placement within the outpatient/intensive outpatient level of care (individual and group therapy, drug screening, peer support, case management, and psychiatric services, as appropriate). 

Project Recovery Intensive Service for Mothers (PRISM)**: Gender specific substance use services for pregnant and parenting women. Intake assessment and program placement within the outpatient/intensive outpatient level of care (individual and group therapy, drug screening, case management, outreach, and psychiatric services, as appropriate). Childcare and transportation available to Oakland County residents. This program only available at the Pontiac location. 

Adolescent Substance Use/Co-occurring Treatment: Intake assessment and program placement within the outpatient level of care (individual and group therapy, drug screening, and psychiatric services, as appropriate). 

Driver’s License Evaluation (DLE): Client-initiated one-time assessment for individuals seeking driver’s license reinstatement. Clinician completes substance use evaluation form (SOS-257/258 page 9 and 10). Client completes scoring tools, in-person interview, and drug screen. Client is responsible for providing supporting documentation. Please call for the list of required documents and pricing. 

Substance Abuse Evaluation (SAE): Court-initiated one-time assessment in which clients are evaluated for substance use and mental health concerns to be considered as part of their sentencing guidelines. Recommendations are provided regarding treatment needs. Client completes scoring tools, in-person assessment, and drug screen. The final evaluation is an Oakland Family Services agency document. **IOP Programming available in Adult Substance Use Program and PRISM Program. Program is 10 hours of services per week, which includes 9 hours of group and 1 hour weekly individual therapy.
