KRISTA KIRKPATRICK, LPC, NCC
Director of Impact and Evaluation
Krista joined Oakland Family Services in 2019.
She earned a master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in child and adolescent counseling from Oakland University.
Previously, Krista worked with families (including grieving children, cancer survivors and young people without housing) in both clinical and program coordination roles, while managing data and outcomes for multiple small nonprofits. When she started at Oakland Family Services, Krista worked as a coordinator in the Specialized Services for Youth program.
As director of impact and evaluation, she is responsible for the coordination of our Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) process, as well as the evaluation of agency-wide and program-specific surveys, outcome measures and strategic goals. Krista works across departments and programs to manage data analysis and streamline data processes.
