DAVE PARTLO

Director of Information Technology

Dave joined Oakland Family Services in 2005. 

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in computer information systems and accounting from Western Michigan University.  

Previously, Dave worked at Thomas Reuters. In his current position, he is responsible for the strategic design, development and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications and information technology (IT) support/infrastructure systems, including planning and directing new hardware and software deployments and serving as the HIPAA security officer.
