Vice President of Quality and Planning
Natalie has been with Oakland Family Services for more than 25 years. She earned a master's degree in social work from Michigan State University.
Natalie began her career at Oakland Family Services as a therapist in 1996. She worked with children and adults in what is now the Day One mental health program and advanced to become the Director of Behavioral Health at the Berkley office, then the Director of Family Support Services, now known as Early Childhood Services.
With her interest in quality assurance and experience with grant writing, Natalie progressed to the Director of Grants and Contracts and Recipient Rights Advisor. She held that position for 12 years.
Since 2019, she has been Vice President of Quality and Planning, overseeing quality, recipient rights, planning, assurance and grant writing.
