FOX 2 Detroit: World Mental Health Day with Debbie Smith, Director of Treatment Services

October 10th is World Mental Health Day, which aims to raise awareness and mobilize efforts in support of mental health. Debbie Smith, OFS Director of Treatment Services, appeared on FOX 2 News this morning to discuss the symptoms of mental illness and share ways people can find help.
